QWIKXY PRIVATE LIMITED Return & Refund Policy
This Return, Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the QWIKXY PRIVATE LIMITED platform within India.
1. Return Eligibility
- Customers may request a return within a specified days as mentioned on the product page from the date of delivery.
- Products must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags
- Return requests will only be accepted for:
- Damaged products received at the time of delivery
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing parts/accessories
- Product significantly different from description
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund unless damaged or defective:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Installed products after successful installation sign-off
- Clearance, liquidation, or final sale items
- Digital products/services
- Safety & security related products – Eg. Locks, safes etc.
3. Installation-Based Products
- For products requiring installation, customers must inspect the product before installation begins.
- Once installation is completed and approved by the customer, returns due to change of mind, minor aesthetic variations, or incorrect selection will not be accepted.
- Manufacturing defects identified after installation may qualify for warranty support as per brand policy.
4. Return Request Process
- Return requests must be raised through:
- Qwikxy app/website
- Customer support email
- Customer care helpline
- Customers may be required to upload:
- Product images/videos
- Packaging images
- Proof of damage/defect
5. Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup will be arranged by QWIKXY PRIVATE LIMITED wherever serviceable.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
- Reasonable courier charges for approved returns will be reimbursed upon submission of valid receipt.
- In cases where a return request is raised due to excess quantity ordered, incorrect quantity selection, or change in purchase requirement by the customer, QWIKXY PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to deduct reasonable reverse pickup and logistics charges from the applicable refund amount.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after successful quality inspection of the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after pickup/receipt of the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to:
- For prepaid orders, the refund may be credited either to the customer's Qwikxy Wallet.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed and credited to the customer's Qwikxy Wallet for future purchases on the platform.
- Shipping, installation, convenience, or handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller/platform error.
7. Replacement Policy
- Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded based on stock availability.
- If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
- Any product defects requiring replacement shall be covered and processed in accordance with the applicable brand warranty terms and conditions.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without cancellation charges.
- Orders already shipped may only be cancelled through the return process, subject to eligibility.
9. Failed Delivery / Refused Orders
- Repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery without valid reason may attract shipping/reverse logistics charges.
10. Quality Check & Rejection of Returns
QWIKXY PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to reject returns if:
- Product is found used, damaged, or altered by customer
- Serial number/tags are tampered with
- Original packaging/accessories are missing
- Return reason does not match inspection findings
11. Warranty Claims
- Any manufacturing defect in branded products shall be addressed directly between the customer and the respective brand/manufacturer in accordance with the applicable brand warranty policy.
- Products covered under manufacturer warranty shall be governed by the respective brand warranty terms.
- QWIKXY PRIVATE LIMITED may assist customers in coordinating with the brand/service partner.
